We understand that shopping online can be challenging at times, so we try to make returns as easy as possible!
As soon as you receive your order, please look it over immediately! If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please email us within 3 business days after delivery with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to proceed.
If you are missing an item or received a wrong item, please message email@example.com so we can get things sorted out for you!
In order for your return to be approved, please note the following:
* A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
* All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition as when sent to you with tags in tact. Items must be free from ANY smells (perfume, detergent, animal, smoke, etc.) and free from any animal hair. There is no exception to this policy and your return will be denied if items are received not in this condition.
* Any item marked final sale is not eligible for a return.
* Any intimate items including bralettes, leggings, biker shorts, etc. are not eligible for return.
* Any item purchased for 25% off or more will not be eligible for a return.
* All returns are only for store credit. We do not issue refunds.
If your order qualifies for a return, you can either choose to print a prepaid shipping label (this cost is deducted from your final store credit) or you can choose to ship the return yourself.
