This dress is gorgeous! We love the smocked design on the entire top tier - great stretch! The arms are slightly sheer and the dress portion is lined. This dress has fun Swiss dot accents all throughout and a square neckline. There is an adjustable tying detail on the back. Made of 100% polyester, there is no stretch. Note this dress is straight cut - if you need more hip room we suggest sizing up.
