This skirt is a dream! We love the stretchy elastic waistband w/tie - stretchy and easy to adjust the fit. The flowy ruffled tiers make this skirt very elegant and the maxi length is awesome for the season. This skirt is woven, so the material is not stretchy with the exception of the elastic waistband.
Stephanie is 5'6 and wearing the 3X. Her measurements are 50"/43"/54" for bust/waist/hips.
