This skirt is so beautiful! We love the stretchy smocked waistband - very comfortable! The ruffled tiers have beautiful fall designs and the maxi length is awesome for the season. This skirt is made of 100% polyester, so there is no stretch except in the smocked waistband. This skirt runs generous - we recommend sizing down.
